In some cases, this name may replace another name you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be shown to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.
Use of collected information: In addition to the purposes explained above, the information you provide is used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policy. 5. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses "cookies." These are text files stored on your computer that allow for an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.
IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
Browser plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Objecting to data collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected during future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.
For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
Data Processing Agreement
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google and fully comply with the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Data Retention
Data stored by Google at the user and event level that is linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g., User ID), or advertising IDs (e.g., DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) is anonymized or deleted after 14 months. You can find further details at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=en
Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use Google Analytics Remarketing features in conjunction with the cross-device capabilities of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
This feature allows the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to be linked with the cross-device capabilities of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. This enables interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you based on your previous usage and browsing behavior on one device (e.g., mobile phone) to also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g., tablet or PC).
If you have provided your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. This allows the same personalized advertising messages to be displayed on any device where you sign in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.
You can permanently opt out of cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized advertising in your Google account; please follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The consolidation of collected data in your Google account is based solely on your consent, which you can provide to or revoke with Google (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged into your Google account (e.g., because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the privacy policy can be found in Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=en.
Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising program provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
As part of Google Ads, we use conversion tracking. When you click on an ad served by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page.
Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out by easily disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie through your internet browser's user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion cookies” and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.
For more information about Google Ads and Google conversion tracking, please refer to Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require your email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or it is collected only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your email address, and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.
Mailchimp
This website uses MailChimp services to send newsletters. The provider is the Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
MailChimp is a service used to organize and analyze the distribution of newsletters, among other things. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter (e.g., your email address), it will be stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA.
MailChimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA designed to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the United States.
We use MailChimp to analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent via MailChimp, a file contained in the email (known as a web beacon) connects to MailChimp's servers in the USA. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, were clicked. Technical information is also collected (e.g., time of access, IP address, browser type, and operating system). This information cannot be attributed to the individual newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of our recipients.
If you do not want your data analyzed by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for this purpose in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe directly on our website.
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of any data processing operations already completed remains unaffected by your revocation.
The data you provide for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe and will be deleted from both our servers and MailChimp's servers after you unsubscribe. Data stored for other purposes remains unaffected by this.
For more details, please refer to MailChimp's privacy policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/.
Conclusion of a Data Processing Agreement
We have entered into a data processing agreement with MailChimp, in which we obligate MailChimp to protect our customers' data and not to disclose it to third parties.
7. Plugins and Tools
YouTube with enhanced privacy
Our website uses plugins from YouTube. The operator of these pages is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store information about visitors to this website before they watch a video. However, the enhanced privacy mode does not necessarily prevent data from being shared with YouTube partners. For instance, YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you watch a video.
As soon as you start a YouTube video on our website, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. The YouTube server is then informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Furthermore, after starting a video, YouTube may store various cookies on your device. These cookies allow YouTube to obtain information about visitors to our website. This information is used, among other things, to compile video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent fraud. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them.
Starting a YouTube video may trigger further data processing operations over which we have no control.
We use YouTube to ensure our online content is presented in an engaging way. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
For more information on data protection at YouTube, please refer to their privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Use of SalesViewer® technology
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research, and optimization purposes based on the website operator's legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
A JavaScript-based code is used to collect company-related data and its subsequent usage. The data collected using this technology is encrypted via a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and is not used to personally identify visitors to this website.
Data stored by SalesViewer® will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect by clicking this link https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out to prevent SalesViewer® from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie for this website will be placed on your device. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click this link again.
Use of Dealfront technology
Our website uses technologies from Dealfront (Dealfront Finland Oy, part of the Dealfront Group GmbH) to analyze visitor behavior.
During this process, a visitor's IP address is processed.
The IP address is processed to help us understand which companies (B2B) are visiting our website. As part of this processing, the IP address is enriched with associated information such as the company name or industry code.
For this purpose, the website visitor's IP address and corresponding session data are compared against an extensive whitelist of known companies at the start of the session.
To enhance the privacy of our visitors, we have enabled "IP address anonymization," meaning only truncated values are stored and shared with Dealfront instead of the actual IP addresses. When this feature is active, we do not store the actual IP address anywhere in our systems, including in our logs. This anonymization makes it impossible to link the data to external IP address information later, thereby preventing the identification of any individual.
Where we process personal data in this context, we do so based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in optimizing our products, services, sales, and marketing.
To prevent this processing, website visitors can install and configure appropriate ad blockers or use NoScript plugins in their browser.
Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the intended purposes. However, statutory retention obligations may result in a longer storage period for the data in question.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Dealfront to ensure compliance with applicable data protection standards.
8. Our own services
Job applications
We offer you the opportunity to apply for a position with us (e.g., via email, post, or our online application form). Below, we provide information on the scope, purpose, and use of the personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing, and use of your data will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and all other legal provisions, and that your data will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Scope and purpose of data collection
When you submit an application to us, we process the associated personal data (e.g., contact and communication details, application documents, notes from interviews, etc.) to the extent necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) (initiating an employment relationship), Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (general contract initiation), and—provided you have given your consent—Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Within our company, your personal data will only be shared with individuals involved in processing your application.
If your application is successful, the data you submitted will be stored in our data processing systems for the purpose of managing the employment relationship, based on Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

If we are unable to offer you a position, if you decline a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing, or request that we delete your data, the data you submitted—including any remaining physical application documents—will be stored or retained for a maximum of 6 months after the conclusion of the application process (retention period). This is to allow us to reconstruct the details of the application process in the event of any discrepancies (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
YOU MAY OBJECT TO THIS STORAGE IF YOU HAVE LEGITIMATE INTERESTS THAT OUTWEIGH OUR OWN.
Once the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted unless there is a statutory retention obligation or another legal basis for continued storage. If it becomes apparent that the retention of your data will be necessary after the retention period has expired (e.g., due to an impending or ongoing legal dispute), deletion will only take place once the data is no longer relevant. Other statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

- If the processing of your personal data was or is being conducted unlawfully, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of the erasure of the data.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of its erasure.
- If you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, your rights and our rights must be weighed against each other. Until it is determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data—with the exception of storage—may only be processed with your consent, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called "cookies." Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. They are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser.

An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of any data processing operations carried out prior to your revocation remains unaffected.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions—in particular retention periods—remain unaffected.

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your inquiry. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us.
The data sent to us via contact requests remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions—in particular statutory retention periods—remain unaffected.

5. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files stored on your computer that allow for an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both their online services and their advertising.
IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Consequently, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
Browser plug-in
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. However, please note that doing so may prevent you from using the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Objecting to data collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking the link below. This will set an opt-out cookie that prevents your data from being recorded during future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.
For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
Data processing agreement
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google and fully comply with the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Data retention
User-level and event-level data stored by Google that is linked to cookies, user IDs, or advertising IDs (e.g., DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) will be anonymized or deleted after 14 months. For more details, please click the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de
Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use Google Analytics Remarketing features in conjunction with cross-device functions provided by Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
This feature allows us to link the advertising target groups created via Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. This enables us to display interest-based, personalized advertising tailored to your previous usage and browsing behavior on one device (e.g., a mobile phone) across all your other devices (e.g., a tablet or PC).
If you have provided your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. This allows the same personalized advertising messages to appear on any device where you are signed in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and build target groups for cross-device advertising.
You can permanently opt out of cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized advertising in your Google account. To do so, please follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The consolidation of recorded data in your Google account occurs exclusively based on your consent, which you may provide to and revoke with Google (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For data recording processes not consolidated in your Google account (for instance, because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the consolidation), data recording is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the website operator's interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
For further information and the relevant data protection regulations, please consult Google's Data Privacy Policies at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=en.
Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising program provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
In conjunction with Google Ads, we use a tool called Conversion Tracking. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking purposes is set. Cookies are small text files that your web browser stores on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognize that you clicked on an ad and were redirected to this page.
Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. These cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of other Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted into conversion tracking. We are informed of the total number of users who clicked on our ads and were redirected to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that would allow us to personally identify you. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out by simply disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your web browser's user settings. If you do this, you will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion” cookies and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both their web offerings and advertising.
For more detailed information about Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking, please consult Google's Data Privacy Policies at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
You can configure your browser to notify you whenever cookies are set, to allow cookies only in specific cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain instances or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Facebook Pixel
To measure our conversion rates, our website uses the visitor activity pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
This tool allows us to track page visitors after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to analyze the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns.
For us as the operators of this website, the collected data is anonymous. We are unable to draw any conclusions regarding the identity of users. However, Facebook stores and processes the information so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Facebook may use the data for its own promotional purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages as well as in locations outside of Facebook. As the operator of this website, we have no control over the use of such data.
The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising campaigns, including those on social media.
You can find further information about protecting your privacy in Facebook’s Data Privacy Policies at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You also have the option to deactivate the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function in your ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you must first log in to Facebook.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising by Facebook on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website, we require your e-mail address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided e-mail address and consent to receiving the newsletter. No further data is collected, or it is collected only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not share it with third parties.
The processing of the information entered into the newsletter subscription form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your e-mail address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example, by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of any data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by this revocation.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Once you cancel your subscription, your data will be deleted. This does not affect data stored for other purposes.
MailChimp
This website uses the services of MailChimp to send out its newsletters. The provider is the Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
MailChimp is a service used to organize and analyze the distribution of newsletters. When you enter data to subscribe to a newsletter (such as your email address), that information is stored on MailChimp servers in the United States.
MailChimp is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union and the United States designed to ensure that European data protection standards are upheld in the United States.
We use MailChimp to analyze the performance of our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent via MailChimp, a file embedded in the email (a web beacon) connects to MailChimp’s servers in the United States. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter has been opened and which links, if any, the recipient clicked. Technical information is also collected at this time, such as access time, IP address, browser type, and operating system. This information cannot be linked to specific newsletter recipients; it is used solely for the statistical analysis of our newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses help us better tailor future newsletters to the interests of our recipients.
If you do not wish to have your usage analyzed by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide an unsubscribe link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe directly on our website.
Data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of any data processing that occurred prior to your revocation remains unaffected.
The data you provide for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe. Once you cancel your subscription, your data will be deleted from our servers and those of MailChimp. This does not affect data stored for other purposes.
For more details, please refer to MailChimp’s privacy policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/.
Data Processing Agreement
We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with MailChimp, in which we require MailChimp to protect our customers' data and to refrain from sharing it with third parties.
7. Plug-ins and Tools
YouTube with enhanced privacy mode
Our website uses plug-ins from YouTube, operated by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that they do not store information about visitors to this website before they watch a video. However, this does not necessarily mean that data sharing with YouTube partners can be completely ruled out. For example, YouTube will always establish a connection to the Google DoubleClick network, regardless of whether you watch a video.
As soon as you start a YouTube video on our website, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. The YouTube server is then notified of which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account while visiting our site, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Furthermore, once you start a video, YouTube may place various cookies on your device. These cookies allow YouTube to collect information about our website visitors. This information is used, among other things, to generate video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent fraud. These cookies remain on your device until you delete them.
In some cases, additional data processing operations may be triggered after you start a YouTube video, which are beyond our control.
The use of YouTube is based on our interest in presenting our online content in an appealing way. This constitutes a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For more information on how YouTube handles user data, please consult the YouTube Data Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Use of SalesViewer® technology:
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH based on the website operator’s legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to collect and store data for marketing, market research, and optimization purposes.
To do this, a JavaScript-based code is used to capture company-related data and corresponding website usage. The data captured using this technology is encrypted via a non-retrievable one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and is not used to personally identify website visitors.
Data stored by SalesViewer® will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations.
You may object to the recording and storage of this data at any time, effective for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. In this case, an opt-out cookie for this website will be saved on your device. If you delete your browser cookies, you will need to click this link again.

Scope and purpose of data collection
If you submit a job application to us, we will process any associated personal data (e.g., contact and communication details, application documents, notes from job interviews, etc.) if required to make a decision regarding the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract negotiations), and—provided you have given your consent—Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. Within our company, your personal data will only be shared with individuals involved in processing your application.
If your application results in your recruitment, the data you submitted will be stored in our data processing system for the purpose of managing the employment relationship, based on Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data Retention Period
If we are unable to offer you a position, if you decline a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to the processing of your data, or request that we delete your data, we will store your submitted data, including any physical application documents, for a maximum of 6 months after the conclusion of the application process (retention period) to enable us to address any potential disputes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE STORAGE OF YOUR DATA IF YOU HAVE LEGITIMATE GROUNDS THAT OUTWEIGH OUR INTERESTS.
Once the retention period has expired, your data will be deleted unless we are subject to further statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds exist for continued storage. If it becomes foreseeable that your data will be required after the retention period has ended (e.g., due to imminent or pending litigation), the data will be retained until it is no longer relevant. This does not affect any other statutory retention periods.
