In a Görlitz antique shop, owner Jakub Lato and wealthy tourist Helga Landowsky haggle over a pitcher. But no matter how much money the tourist offers the shopkeeper, Jakub demands a story.
That is the A Good Story short and sweet summary. It has now been five years since we produced the short film .

Our producer Daniel Philipp and producer Alexandra Prochazka poured their hearts and souls into this project. The cinematography was handled by none other than Christopher Doyle.
Over the last few years, the film has competed at the most prestigious short film festivals and won numerous awards. These include Best International Short Film at the 2013 Raindance Film Festival and Best Short Film at the Berlin & Beyond Film Festival in 2014. The German Film and Media Review (FBW) also awarded A Good Story the rating of "valuable." German Film and Media Review
