Challenge

Language, culture, and history come together to form a heterogeneous society. A key part of this process is the development of transcultural coexistence. The goal of achieving inclusion and participation for society as a whole is not a one-way street, but a path that goes in both directions. This is exactly where the “Culture Coaches” come in as qualified mediators.

The animated film for the Culture Coaches project was created using characters. However, the characters have no faces, symbolically representing diversity. Various languages are also featured on the animated background, representing the multitude of different cultures. In addition, a distinct digital style was used for the video to reflect the digital component of Culture Coaches.

Solution

Culture Coaches is a transcultural initiative for successful inclusion. The project is part of the Zohre Esmaeli Foundation, which was founded by Zohre Esmaeli in 2018 under the motto: “Understanding each other – living together.” We are pleased that we were able to draw attention to this commendable project and the wonderful foundation, and contribute to its discoverability, with our colorful, modern, friendly, positive, and multicultural explainer video , packed with characters and icons.
