Counseling and support for students
Challenge
University life can be a liberating and formative experience. You move out of home, take independent responsibility for your own life, and discover a whole new world.
Sounds great, right? But for many students, it is anything but a time of freedom and limitless possibilities. This new chapter in life brings many new challenges that young adults must navigate. Whether you are a first-year student struggling with financial or mental health issues, or if everything has simply become too much and you have had to drop out, there is help available for all these challenges at the Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training.
For the f-bb , we handled the overall concept and production of five short videos highlighting counseling services for first-year students, current students, those questioning their studies, and those who have dropped out.

Solution
In these explainer videos , we address various counseling needs that arise from individual study paths and the associated conflicts and challenges, illustrating support options through exemplary counseling services.
Each video addresses specific issues and questions relevant to the target groups, highlighting existing counseling facilities and the services they provide. The goal was to inform students about individual support options, close existing knowledge gaps, and lower the barrier to seeking professional help.
