RECARO Child Safety - Product Films
We regularly produce videos for RECARO. In this portfolio entry, we showcase several RECARO Child Safety product films.
Challenge
Since 2014, RECARO Child Safety has been producing product and installation filmsin collaboration with Panda Pictures. However, this RECARO Child Safety – Childseats Save Lives product film is something very special for us, too. The film is not just about explaining and promoting the product or its features. We placed the product in the context of a current topic to highlight its importance: safety! Because driving safety, and above all ensuring the safety of our youngest, is not just very important to us. After all, they cannot look after their own safety and must rely entirely on their parents in this regard.
Solution
When it comes to this topic, there is, of course, no way around the ADAC crash test . To incorporate impactful footage into the final film, we used six high-speed cameras to capture shots at 1,500 frames per second of the realistic dummies. Since we had a baby on set for our other shoot, an ambulance was on-site at all times to ensure the baby's health and well-being. Furthermore, the baby's time on set was limited, which meant we had a tight schedule to adhere to. A sophisticated edit and a fitting sound design ultimately ensured that the RECARO Child Safety – Childseats Save Lives product film turned out so great.
