To minimize this potential gap, the State Institute for Communications launched a learning app called "Starthilfe - Digital dabei". This app is designed to make things easier for people who are not very familiar with digital tools. The app demonstrates how to navigate the digital world in a playful and easy-to-understand way, thereby removing the fear of making mistakes.
Solution
Animations are used to effectively demonstrate the simplicity and structure of the app. The actors represent the app's target audience and highlight its core objectives: learning progress, security, and fun.
