The Future of Science
Challenge
When you think of world-class data security, Promise is the name that comes to mind. The company takes the protection of sensitive data extremely seriously. In a unique technological collaboration, Promise and Toshiba have built a state-of-the-art server farm at the world-renowned CERN research campus. The brief for our video production was a special task: how do you portray abstract, high-end systems within the proverbial hallowed halls of science?
The challenge was to make the cold hardware and complex IT infrastructure visually tangible. The original plan was to showcase not just the servers, but also the brilliant developers behind the project, ensuring their uncompromising reliability was clear at first glance. This was a passion project for us—after all, we rely on Promise servers for our own massive data volumes in our daily agency work and are completely convinced by their performance.

Solution
As a tech-savvy film production team, we knew exactly how to approach this demanding tech video. To transform the static server rooms at CERN into a cinematic experience, we focused on maximum dynamic movement. On-site, our camera operators used a high-precision slider system along with state-of-the-art gimbal setups from DJI and Tilta. This combination allowed for fluid, elegant camera movements through the narrow, sensitive aisles of the server farm.
A real game-changer on set was our custom lighting design: by using targeted lighting, we illuminated the product and the experts to create a modern, impressive look. In post-production—especially during editing and color grading—we further intensified this cool, high-end atmosphere. The final result is a visually powerful film that impressively shows you where and how the future of global research is securely stored.

„With this film, we make invisible IT infrastructure tangible and build deep trust in the technology among international B2B decision-makers."
