Challenge

We produced BMW four BMW QMT films that showcase the various collaboration processes between BMW and its suppliers. The corporate films were enhanced with visual effects to better visualize and illustrate these processes. The final film in the series, in particular, was intended to highlight how processes might change in the future due to digitalization. This meant we had a wide range of visual effects to tackle during post-production . The scope of work for the individual shots varied significantly, ranging from simple text animations to complex shots set in virtual worlds, all created by us .

Solution

To realistically bring the futuristic vision to life, we developed a modern concept. Based on the storyline, we designed key graphics in a futuristic style, which were then tracked and animated onto the footage. This included elements like a futuristic smartwatch that activates a holographic site plan at the touch of a button, as well as a hologram of a 3D door handle. These visual effects give the film its unique impact. The result speaks for itself.
