Challenge
Accounting—for most people, a real chore. But if you prefer to keep your finances under control while maintaining a clear overview, the sevDesk app is here to help. sevDesk provides entrepreneurs, the self-employed, and freelancers with an accounting assistant that helps with creating quotes and invoices, digitizing and recording receipts, and managing tax filings. They aren't heroes, but they are your accounting sidekick. We wanted to capture this passion for simplicity, along with the benefits and utility of the accounting assistant, in this TV spot in a short, punchy, and concise way.
Solution
Our goal was to start with a strong visual impact from the very first scene. The commercial needed to be immediately understandable, surprising, and emotionally engaging, while establishing an atmospheric sense of ease supported by music that carries the audience through the entire spot. The new TV spot was intended to replace the previous one, while being more effective, more successful, and driving more traffic—especially from the target audience—to the website. We have already analyzed the data and found that the new spot is currently 80% more successful. This allowed us to meet our client's goals and produce a winning spot.
It is always rewarding to reach our goals, and we truly enjoyed bringing this project to life. It allowed us to demonstrate the purpose behind our brand to the client while also seeing the success of our still-growing sub-brand.
